From now through December 31, we’re raising $5,000 to fund fuel for 20 charters, directly impacting 120 veterans.
Today is Giving Tuesday, and we’re inviting our national Meritorious community to help support our 2026 season of Veterans, Fishing & Cigars (VFC).
VFC pairs veterans with mentors on half-day fishing charters designed to restore camaraderie, build connection, and spark career and small-business conversations in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
One of the biggest costs of running these charters is fuel, and fuel is what makes the mission possible. It powers the boats that take veterans off the shore, away from daily stress, and into a setting where real conversations and real mentorship happen.
Just $250 funds an entire charter (six veterans + all-inclusive experience).
That’s only $40 per veteran to give them a day of mentorship, community, and purpose.
