Veterans, Fishing & Cigars matches transitioning service members and active-duty personnel with company executives on all-expenses-paid fishing charters in Tampa and South Florida. These intimate, small-group trips foster real mentorship, career guidance, and long-term professional relationships.
Traditional networking often feels formal or superficial. This program breaks that mold, meeting veterans outdoors, in a relaxed setting that mirrors the camaraderie of service. It’s here that barriers drop, stories are shared, and opportunities are born. This is more than a fishing trip. It’s a proven, inclusive model of veteran mentorship and experiential networking, one that leads to jobs, business opportunities, and lasting support networks that ripple through families and communities.
OUR GOAL: We aim to sponsor 60 charters over the next year, serving 300+ veterans. Always free to participants, always donor funded.
