“Great leaders communicate and great communicators lead.” – Simon Sinek

I’ve been forced to adjust my narrative and become more present during seasons when morale and confidence were low. My people needed individualized leadership approaches to perform at their best. This meant I was forced to adapt how I led, and, just as importantly, clearly communicate those changes to my team.
