Our organization’s Executive Director created programs and services for veterans, their families and small business owners within the Horry county area, as well as a small business outreach center dedicated to the works and accomplishments of my mentor and friend, Captain Sam H. Frink. These programs were created in response to the needs of Veterans, particularly single-parent veterans, youth, Veteran family survivors and Small Business Owners.
