User Fee Schedule Updates
The U.S. Commercial Service (Global Markets) is updating its User Fee Schedule following the publication of a Federal Register Notice and a required public notice and comment period.
As a current or prospective client or valued partner, you are familiar with the support we provide to help U.S. companies identify opportunities, enter new markets, and expand internationally. Through a global network spanning markets worldwide, the U.S. Commercial Service delivers on-the-ground expertise and government-backed support to help U.S. businesses succeed worldwide.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to modernize and strengthen the services we provide.
The updated User Fee Schedule is designed to:
Better align fees with the cost and level of effort required to deliver services.
Provide a more consistent and transparent pricing structure across programs.
Reflect the full range of services currently offered.
The U.S. Commercial Service will continue to provide the same unique, high-quality, government-backed services you rely on to support your international growth.
Learn more about the proposed updates and access the Federal Register Notice at trade.gov/user-fees-update.
Additional information, including implementation timing and final fees, will be shared in advance of the updated schedule taking effect.
