What is going on? I’m getting asked for good numbers and good names with an emphasis on ‘good.’ It happens mainly in food establishments such as coffee shops so that they can call my name when my beverage is ready. Or, if it is a number they need, it may be a business which may need to call me back. Maybe it is me and my military ways… When asked this, I usually offer a humorous response. “Well, a good number is…., and a bad number would be…” Or I’ll say, “Rob would be a good name, Lloyd would be a bad one.” I don’t want to be rude and confront them about such a strange use of an adjective. I’ll typically offer my humorous response and get on with my day. Perhaps I am cursed by my leadership communication ways. I just can’t shake it, so I’ve taken to the pen! …
