This webinar will highlight benefits on free trade zones (FTZs) for U.S. manufacturers exporting their goods. FTZs specially designated economic zones where products can be imported, stored, handled, manufactured, reconfigured, and re-exported under specific customs regulations. A Foreign Trade Zone, which this webinar will be focusing on, is a designated location within the United States, typically near a port of entry, where incoming goods are handled, manufactured and re-exported without U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CPB) intervention.
FTZs allow for increased freedom of movement for goods, streamlined logistics and more efficient trade. There are numerous benefits to Free Trade Zones for companies, including duty deferral, reduction, and exemption. Join us to learn about how your company can take advantage of an FTZ near you! This webinar is best suited towards exporters who are manufacturers, conduct warehousing, or are logistic service businesses.
