Leading Veterans Organizations partners with Local Health Practitioners to fill in supply gaps to improve outcomes for critical care patients.
Veterans Entrepreneurial Development Initiatives (VEDI), Inc, a nationally recognized veterans’ empowerment and outreach organization and its community health partner, Empowered Health Partnerships (EHP), is “adopting” local medical practices that are struggling to provide much needed services to local, underserved communities on Long Island, including veterans and seniors.
VEDI, Inc, and EHP are 501 (c )(3) NYS not for profit corporations. Its team leaders have identified medical practices it supports in high volume communities that often lack the resources to replace or upgrade vital equipment or maintain crucial supplies to care for their patients, many of whom have multiple, critical conditions and few healthcare options. Whether it is replacing a portable heart monitor or providing exam room paper; the AMP ELH Initiative will fill in these vital gaps!
The GOAL IS $7,500 to be used to “adopt” worthy, local practices and help to identify their immediate needs and to connect them to available resources!
Please make your checks payable to, VEDI, Inc and mail to “VEDI, Inc AMP ELH”, 734 Franklin Ave, # 532, Garden City, NY 11530. Your contribution is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
