Travis Winfield
Travis Winfield is a retired Navy Command Senior Chief who proudly served 24 years in the United States Navy. Throughout his distinguished career, he held leadership roles aboard commands such as USS Ticonderoga, USS San Diego, and USS Freedom, culminating in his final role as the senior enlisted leader for his command.
Following his military retirement, Travis launched The Winfield Group Real Estate Team, which quickly became one of the top-performing military-focused real estate teams in the country. While he built the team from the ground up, his greatest pride comes from watching his son, Sebastian, take over leadership of the business—allowing Travis to focus full-time on building Military Operated Real Estate (M.O.R.E.).
As the founder and CEO of M.O.R.E., Travis leads a nationwide movement to empower veterans, military families, and transitioning service members through real estate education, ownership, and entrepreneurship. His company, M.O.R.E., is not just a real estate brand—it’s a movement. Through M.O.R.E.’s robust agent training program, and a nationwide agent network, Travis has built a mission-driven platform that helps veterans become homeowners and entrepreneurs.
Travis is also the Vice President of the Enlisted Leadership Foundation, a contributor to Military Times, and a passionate advocate for financial literacy and veteran empowerment. His work continues to change lives by combining military values with business excellence.
Military Money and M.O.R.E. is more than a book—it’s a blueprint for military families to achieve financial freedom and generational wealth through ownership, discipline, and mission-driven action.
His guiding belief: “You fought for our country. You deserve to own a piece of it.”
