The Supply Chain Center, housed within the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis business unit, will hold a Supply Chain Summit with the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C. on September 10, 2024. The Supply Chain Summit will explore efforts taken by government and industry to shift from reacting to global supply chain disruptions to proactively strengthening supply chain resilience.
The Summit will gather leaders from industry, government, academia, and civil society to collaborate and share best practices for preventing and addressing supply chain vulnerabilities.
During the event, ITA will highlight its unique role in assessing and addressing supply chain challenges, including launching a new supply chain risk assessment tool.
