This conference promises a robust agenda, affording participants generous opportunities to delve into Barcelona’s cultural tapestry and myriad attractions before and after the main events. A special highlight of this year’s conference is the well-deserved acknowledgment of Ambassador Ruth A. Davis (Ret.) who has admirably served as our Chairwoman for an impressive 17 years. Ruth retired from her position on December 31, 2023.
In addition to honoring Ruth, we will pay tribute to the visionary founders of IWEC. While Ruth and the Founders step back
from their leadership roles, their enduring impact will persist through the newly established IWEC Legacy Council. The Council is scheduled to start its operations in 2024 with Ruth Chairing the Council.
Anticipate further details in the months ahead regarding the agenda, topics, and speakers as our dedicated Steering Committee plans the content for what promises to be an eagerly awaited and memorable event.
