Combined Arms is excited to announce that current board member Doug Foshee has been unanimously elected to the role of Chair by its Board of Directors. The announcement highlights a transition for outgoing Chair, Bryan Foster, who helped co-found Combined Arms in 2015. 

Doug Foshee has spent over four decades in the energy industry and is the founder and owner of Sallyport Investments, LLC. Foshee is the former chairman, president, and chief executive officer of El Paso Corporation. Prior to joining El Paso in 2003, Foshee served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Halliburton. Previously, Foshee served as Nuevo Energy Company’s president, chief executive officer, and chairman of the board. Doug holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Jesse H. Jones School at Rice University and a B.B.A from Texas State University.
