Boots on the Ground Joins Forces with Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce to Expand Home Repair Services for Idaho Veterans
The Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce (IDVCC) is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Boots on the Ground, a grassroots initiative dedicated to providing critical home repairs for veterans in need. This alignment unites two mission-driven organizations under one powerful vision: to ensure that every Idaho veteran has access to safe, accessible, and stable housing.
Under this new partnership, Boots on the Ground will become a volunteer-powered network within IDVCC’s Housing Navigation Services, focusing specifically on urgent home repairs and safety modifications. The program will initially launch in the Boise area, with plans to expand statewide in the coming year.
“This partnership strengthens our ability to meet veterans where they are,” said Mindi Anderson, Executive Director of IDVCC. “By integrating the trusted Boots on the Ground brand and its network of dedicated volunteers, we can dramatically increase our impact and streamline services for veterans who need it most.”
Key Features of the Integration:
- Unified Brand Identity
Boots on the Ground will now operate as “A Network of the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce,” creating a cohesive and recognizable presence across the state. - Streamlined Service Delivery
Veteran home repair requests will be managed through IDVCC’s centralized statewide CRM and support system, ensuring quick response and effective coordination. - Expanded Capacity & Reach
The combined initiative will prioritize services for elderly, disabled, and low-income veterans, leveraging broader volunteer and resource networks. - Collaborative Oversight
A joint integration team will oversee the transition, conduct regular impact assessments, and ensure the program’s success through shared accountability.
“This next chapter allows us to grow our volunteer efforts with greater coordination and broader reach,” said David Estes, Co-Founder of Boots on the Ground. “We’re proud to move forward with IDVCC and continue serving Idaho veterans with purpose and heart.”
The rollout will include a statewide awareness campaign, internal planning sessions, and the official launch of integrated home repair services under the IDVCC banner in the coming weeks.
IDVCC invites community members, businesses, and skilled tradespeople to join the mission and help make homes safer for those who served our nation.
