Daphne Burke

Daphne Burke graduated from Talladega College in Talladega, Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History/Prelaw and Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. After college, she began working for the Social Security Administration (SSA); Daphne worked for SSA for 9 years.

In 2009, Daphne joined the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security
Administration as a Benefits Advisor and was promoted to a Senior Benefits Advisor in 2015. As a Benefits Advisor, Daphne provides assistance and guidance to employers, employees and the general public on ERISA laws and regulations concerning welfare and pension plans.
