He is the founder and CEO of Action Leadership Team, a company that provides leadership training and development services to businesses and organizations around the world. He is also the founder and CEO of Powersport Academy, a company that provides training and certification programs for powersport professionals. When he is not speaking, Kurt can be found helping businesses through his WordPress Agency – Mañana No Mas!

When did he know? Third grade – What do you want to do in life? He answered, “Write a book”. He was laughed at. Friends thought he was joking. “You don’t even like English – how you think you’re gonna write a book?” That was 1975.
In 2007, he published his first book. He had also written for Moto-magazines for years as a Motorcycle Road Racer. While gaining the confidence to publish, he became an expert on the internet.
