In this webinar makes supply chain strategy simple and actionable for government contractors. You’ll learn the four pillars of a strong GovCon supply chain—alignment, visibility, resilience, and scalability—and how to put them into practice right away. Topics include running a lightweight monthly SIOP review, using supplier scorecards to strengthen performance, applying PFEP (Plan for Every Part) to streamline materials, and setting smarter inventory policies to free up cash.
